Almost every night I experience a dream that, when shared with others, is described as strange, or worse. Now I will share them with the world, or whoever stumbles upon this blog. Feel free to analyze the dreams, I usually find the analysis more interesting than the actual dream.

Magic ATMs and Thanksgiving

The other night I dreamed about a bank that would count $1 as $76. If you placed your dollar bills into a particular envelope and deposited it into a special ATM, you would have $76 for every $1 you put in. You couldn't use five dollar bills or anything other than singles and scam artists started trying to replicate the ATMs so you had to be careful. The ATMs were generally near fast food restaurants and after ordering at a Wendy's I decided to deposit my stash of one dollar bills. I looked over the envelope and ATM and found everything in order so I put my money in. Later I checked my account and sure enough all the singles had been changed to $76 each. A few days later my husband accumulated a few singles and wanted to deposit them. We were out, near a Taco Bell, and he spotted an ATM. I went over to look at it and it didn't seem right. It was different than the ones I'd used before. I told him I didn't think we should use it, it might be a fake. He dismissed my concern and was loading the ones into the envelope, which also looked fishy, and I told him there was another ATM nearby that I knew for sure was legit and asked to go there. He said there was no need, this was fine, and he dropped the envelope in. Within minutes, some thugs showed up with a gym bag, cracked open the wall, and loaded all the money into the bag then took off. The dream then changed to a big get together in a dining hall. It was Thanksgiving and hundreds of people were gathered to eat. Most people brought dishes to add to the buffet. There were several sweet potato dishes, mashed potatoes, turkeys, and vegetables. We ate in shifts. X amount of people could go to the food table then return to their seats to eat while the next group of people went to get their food. It was quite interesting but everyone was fed. Then I woke up.
